Who can register on this site?


1. Property Listers

Individuals/Private Owners

Independent property owners can register to create an account to create and manage property listings directly on the Off-Campus Housing website.

Apartment Complexes/Management Companies

We provide customized packages and discounted rates tailored to suit the needs of apartments and property management companies. To get started or receive more information, simply complete a registration form, and we'll reach out to you shortly!

2. University of Toronto Students, Faculty, and Staff

University affiliates with a UTORid/JOINid & password can register for a Student, Faculty & Staff Account to search the off-campus housing database, find roommates, and list one sublet listing at no cost. In order to list more than one listing, you must register for a Property Lister account.

3. Guests

Incoming students, faculty/staff, parents, alumni, students, and faculty/staff affiliated with another postsecondary institution can register for a Guest account to search the off-campus housing database.

If you are a future student, faculty, or staff member but have not yet been issued your UTORid/JOINid and password, you can sign up for a guest account. Once you obtain your login credentials, you can upgrade your guest account to a university affiliate account.
